Job Hours
Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversight of inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
- Management of people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
- Supervision of production labor
- Supporting the professional growth and development of staff
- Responsibility for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
- Reviewing, following up billings, and handling customer escalations
Required Experience
- Professional communication skills, people-oriented, and highly organized
- Clean driving record and background
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish Speaking a plus
- Well Groomed and Great communicator
Compensation
$23.50 - $28.50 per hour
