Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate approximately 20-25 production employees, supported by two team leaders.
• Oversee staffing, safety, production, quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.
• Assign work, monitor production and downtime, resolve operational and employee issues, maintain records, and coach team members.
• Exposure to a large-scale, fast-paced manufacturing operation.
• Hands-on people leadership within a UAW environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience required.
• Relevant backgrounds include: Industry/manufacturing, Industrial, Business, Demonstrated leadership.
