Production Supervisor

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals are achieved.
Supervise hourly production employees and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve equipment, process, and personnel challenges.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, work instructions, and operational procedures.
Support employee training, onboarding, performance coaching, and documentation.
Assist with troubleshooting production equipment and supporting emergency breakdown situations when needed.
Maintain staffing coverage and provide leadership support across shifts as necessary.
Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.
