Production Supervisor
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc as headings; can fold minor metadata into short
or drop. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, application instructions, etc). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: Job Duties: The posting starts with "### Job Duties Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on 2nd shift! Then "Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions" list. Then "Additional Operational Responsibilities" list. Then "Additional Responsibilities" list. Then "Basic Qualifications" list. Then "Physical Requirements" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Position Backup" line. Then EEO etc (remove). Then "Minimum Education Required Bachelor Degree" "Minimum Experience Required None" "Shift First (Day)" (but earlier shift said 2nd shift; contradictory; maybe they have a field but we should keep? It's metadata; we can fold into short
maybe but we should not create heading for it. It's minor metadata; we can include in a paragraph like "Shift: 2nd (2:00 pm - 10:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, Required Overtime on Saturdays per production demands)". The "Shift First (Day)" is likely a field but contradictory; we can ignore as it's likely erroneous metadata. We'll keep the shift description from earlier. "Number of Openings 1" "Public Transportation Accessible Yes" "Veterans Encouraged to Apply No" "Physical Required Yes" "Drug Test Required Yes" "Compensation $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 / Annually" "Postal Code 55121" "Job Type Full Time" "Place of Work On-site" "Requisition ID ..." "Job Benefits Not specified" We should not create Benefits section if not specified. So we omit Benefits heading. Pay: we have compensation range, so include Pay section. Schedule: we have shift details, include Schedule section. About the role: we can use Position Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: combine Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions, Additional Operational Responsibilities, Additional Responsibilities into a list. Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications? Actually "Requirements" could be Basic Qualifications. Qualifications could be Preferred Qualifications? But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content appropriately. We have Basic Qualifications (education, experience, language, attendance). That's Requirements. Preferred Qualifications could be Qualifications? Or Skills? The preferred qualifications list includes many skill-like items: data accuracy, quality, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, planning, organizational, leadership, multitasking, taking directions, attention to detail, focus on quality, flexibility. Those could go under Skills or Qualifications. Since we have both Qualifications and Skills headings, we need to decide. We could put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications (since they are qualifications). Skills could be maybe derived from same list but we might not have separate skills section; we could omit Skills if no specific skills content beyond what's already covered. But we need to avoid empty headings. So we can either put some skill-like items under Skills and keep Qualifications for basic qualifications (education, experience). Let's do: - Requirements: Basic Qualifications (education, experience, language, attendance) - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list of preferred qualifications) - Skills: maybe we can extract from Preferred Qualifications some skill-focused items like "Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills", "Excellent planning and organizational skills", "Ability and willingness to lead teams", "Ability to manage multiple priorities", "Ability to take directions", "Close attention to detail", "Focus on quality", "Flexibility". Those are skills. But we already have them in Preferred Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could split: Qualifications: education/experience etc? Actually Basic Qualifications already covers education/experience. So maybe: Requirements: Basic Qualifications (education, experience, language, attendance) Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list) Skills: maybe we can pull out specific skill statements from Preferred Qualifications that are skill-oriented, but that would duplicate. Better to omit Skills heading if we don't have distinct skill content not already covered. But we need to avoid empty heading. So we can omit Skills section entirely. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Check if we have Benefits: not specified, so omit. Now we need to format. Use
for each section heading. Inside each section, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc.
We must not repeat job title.
We must not put Job ID etc as headings; we can drop them or put in a short
maybe but better to drop as minor metadata. We need to include shift info: "Shift: 2nd (2:00 pm - 10:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, Required Overtime on Saturdays per production demands)". Also maybe mention "Shift First (Day)"? That seems contradictory; we ignore. We need to include compensation: "$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 / Annually". We need to include location postal code maybe? Not required but could be minor metadata; we can drop. We need to include job type full-time, place of work on-site; could be minor metadata; we can drop or include in a short paragraph under About the role? Probably drop as minor. We need to include number of openings 1; maybe minor. We'll keep only substantive content: position overview, responsibilities, qualifications, pay, schedule. Now craft HTML. Let's write:
