About the role
Responsible for overseeing production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage team members and coordinate with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety protocols.
Qualifications
