We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. Pay: they give range $54,300 - $71,000 annually, also mention hiring range, actual base pay varies, discretionary bonus. So we have Pay content. Schedule: they mention "Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business" under Working Conditions. That's schedule info? It's about extended hours. Could be considered schedule. The posting does not give specific schedule like shift times, but mentions flexible extended hours. That is schedule-related. Should we include Schedule section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." They state schedule info: "Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business." That's a statement about schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that content. Benefits: they list medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), HSA, well-being program, product purchase discounts, etc. Also mention eligibility for annual discretionary bonus. So we have Benefits content. Now we need sections: About the role (position overview), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine required/preferred skills?), but we need to avoid thin sections. We can combine some. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. We need to decide what content goes where. Let's extract substantive sections: - Position Overview: "As part of the talented production team, you will be responsible for leading the production area to the successful achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people goals. This role plans and coordinates work activities, obtains resources for production success, and manages approximately 40 to 50 hourly production associates, Group Leaders, and Crew Leaders. The position ensures products are built to USCG, ABYC, and Sea Ray engineering specifications and standards, and utilizes quality data to drive continuous improvement." - Essential Functions (list of duties): many bullet points. We can treat Essential Functions as Responsibilities. - Required Qualifications: list: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience; Specific area expertise may be required based on job; Ability to analyze data and understand metrics and systems; Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and listening; Effective leadership and management skills to motivate employees, build relationships, and drive initiatives throughout the facility; Ability to work as an effective team player; Ability to provide effective associate communications through a variety of methods; Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality; Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business. - Preferred Qualifications: AA or BA degree; Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite. - Working Conditions: Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business (already in required qualifications). Might be duplicate. - Pay: hiring range $54,300 - $71,000 annually; actual base pay varies based on factors; eligible for annual discretionary bonus. - Benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (with company contribution), well-being program, product purchase discounts and much more. - About Brunswick Boat Group: description of brands, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Brunswick". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. We can have:

    About the role

    with position overview paragraph.

    Responsibilities

    with list of essential functions.

    Requirements

with required qualifications (maybe combine with skills?). But we also have Qualifications heading; maybe Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications? Or Skills for skills like communication, leadership, etc. Let's think. We have Required Qualifications (education, experience, abilities). We have Preferred Qualifications (degree, computer skills). We have Skills (communication, leadership, etc.) which are also in required qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put all required qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications. Skills could be merged into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are predefined; we can still include both if they have content. However we must not create thin sections. If we split required and preferred, each may be substantive enough. Let's see. Required Qualifications list is fairly long (about 10 items). Preferred Qualifications is short (2 items). That's okay. Skills: we could extract skills like "Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and listening", "Effective leadership and management skills", "Ability to work as an effective team player", "Ability to provide effective associate communications", "Ability to work with confidential information", "Ability to analyze data and understand metrics and systems". Those are already in required qualifications. Might be redundant to separate. Maybe better: Use Requirements for required qualifications (education, experience). Use Qualifications for preferred qualifications (degree, computer skills). Use Skills for the soft skills and abilities (communication, leadership, teamwork, confidentiality, data analysis). That would avoid duplication. But we need to ensure we don't miss any content. Let's list all content from posting and assign. First, extract all substantive content blocks: 1. Position Overview paragraph. 2. Essential Functions list (many items). We'll list them as
    • . 3. Required Qualifications list. 4. Preferred Qualifications list. 5. Working Conditions (flexible extended hours) - but already in required qualifications. 6. Pay: hiring range, base pay varies, discretionary bonus. 7. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), HSA (with company contribution), well-being program, product purchase discounts, etc. 8. About Brunswick Boat Group: description of brands, legacy, etc. 9. Maybe also "Innovation is the heart of Brunswick..." but that's fluff; could be part of About the role? Actually earlier: "Innovation is the heart of Brunswick. See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:" then Position Overview. That's introductory fluff; we can incorporate into About the role maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include that introductory sentence as part of About the role. Now, we must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, privacy policies, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like "Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business" appears twice; we should keep only once). Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Now, decide sections: - About the role: include introductory sentence about Brunswick and innovation, plus Position Overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications list (education, experience, specific area expertise, ability to analyze data, communication skills, leadership, team player, associate communications, confidentiality, flexible extended hours). Note: flexible extended hours appears also in Working Conditions; we can include it here. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list (AA or BA degree; Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite). - Skills: maybe we could include the soft skills that are not covered elsewhere? But they are already in Required Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could omit Skills section if it would be thin. However the instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. If we put Skills, we need to ensure we have content not already covered elsewhere. Could we extract skills like "Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and listening", "Effective leadership and management skills to motivate employees, build relationships, and drive initiatives throughout the facility", "Ability to work as an effective team player", "Ability to provide effective associate communications through a variety of methods", "Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality", "Ability to analyze data and understand metrics and systems". Those are indeed skills. If we already put them under Requirements, we might duplicate. But we could decide to put them under Skills and move the other qualifications (education, experience) under Requirements. That would avoid duplication. Let's think: Required Qualifications list includes education, experience, specific area expertise, ability to analyze data, communication skills, leadership, team player, associate communications, confidentiality, flexible hours. If we move the skills (communication, leadership, team player, associate communications, confidentiality, data analysis) to Skills, then Requirements would be just education, experience, specific area expertise, flexible hours? But flexible hours is also a condition. Might be okay. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can split as we like as long as we don't lose info. Let's design:
