Production Supervisor

Job Duties

• Manage the processes and personnel involved in manufacturing
• Activities focused on guaranteeing an agile process that ensures the safety of people, the proper functioning of the machinery, and that the articles comply with quality standards
• Oversee, manage and organize the work team, resources and processes in a manufacturing plant
• Schedule routine activities
• Delegate tasks
• Will be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving any unexpected situation(s) that threaten to slow down the work flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or similar role
• Experience in managing teams and overseeing manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
