As part of this growth, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. Job Overview: As the Production Supervisor you will serve as the supervisor on the production floor during your shift. You will work directly with and carry out daily production responsibilities. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for advancement and overtime availability. Key Responsibilities: Implement and see through the completion of production plans as directed by the Production ManagerOversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facilityCoordinate and delegate tasks to floor leads and employees, establishing goals and directing production activitiesEvaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtimeEnsure that workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements, and schedule maintenance as neededDevelop and implement workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or qualityOffer support on the production floor for questions, concerns, or feedbackExamine products or work to verify conformance to specificationsProvide training to new production floor employeesAssist with moving or lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2+ years of leadership experience2+ years of operations experienceDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and precisionOutcome-oriented with a strong performance-based cultureStrong team player who is cooperative and collaborativePositive-minded and has a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday Wage: salaried Benefits: 401(k) with matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance Powered by JazzHR YT6qgf6WGH
