What You’ll Do

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of production employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Foster a positive, safety-focused, and collaborative culture that encourages accountability and high performance.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and productivity.
  • Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Production Operations & Planning
  • Review production schedules, product specifications, and delivery timelines to effectively plan daily operations.
  • Cook up manufacturing activities to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Establish production priorities and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve production, maintenance, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and delays.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all products, parts, and systems meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and operational best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing standards.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports on manufacturing performance and output.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts, practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience supervising large production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
