Production Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Aids in monitoring work methods and equipment usage to enhance labor utilization, production efficiency, and departmental costs.
• Collaborates with Team Leads to conduct new hire and ongoing trainings in all production departments.
• Supports the execution of company production policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintains compliance with production, quality, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Maintains proficiency in all Production responsibilities and trains others accordingly.
• Evaluates tasks and responsibilities of Production employees and recommends recognition and disciplinary actions.
• Serves as a supervisor for Area Team Leads, ensuring proper task execution as directed by Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager as needed.

About the Role

The Production Supervisor assists the Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager in organizing and supervising work in the Production Department. They perform other duties as required and report to the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
