Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift - Dept. 07

Responsibilities

• Manage machining, assembly, shipping and receiving operations
• Schedule, monitor production, train employees, and improve performance
• Administer company policies, maintain inventory, ensure workplace safety, and assess quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production management, manufacturing, or industrial technology
• Prior management and supervisory experience or other leadership experience preferred
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
