We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and assigns personnel to meet production goals.
  • Monitors and appraises job results; resolves problems; reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Ensures compliance with Company rules/regulations and administers progressive discipline.
  • Trains and directs team members to effectively perform product assembly, quality, safety, materials control, and production reporting functions.
  • Identifies and resolves quality defects, machine efficiency losses, material problems, and mechanical issues.
  • Supplements efforts with Quality Control Inspectors and interfaces with other production teams.
  • Develops and recommends team staffing assignments to achieve optimal skill balance and work distribution.
  • Provides constructive input for product/process pre-production activities and ensures production startup, new/revised products or processes can be handled by team members.
  • Conducts pre-production team meetings as needed.
  • Takes corrective action, including recommending disciplinary actions for performance issues.
  • Reports and takes immediate action for all industrial accidents or injuries.
  • Administers progressive discipline procedures up to and including recommendations for employee termination.
  • Periodically develops and implements a written team improvement plan to achieve production goals and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience working in regulated industry required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, people management, and effective communication skills required.
