Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of all employees within the department, ensuring effective employee relations, coaching, and development.
• Make employment decisions and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Continuously improve departmental processes and performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Own the team’s production plan schedule and efficiency, ensuring accountability for results.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment by directing employees and contractors on operating procedures.
• Analyze and compile production performance records and data to provide manufacturing information and respond to requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating employees on control points, equipment, and resources while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Plant Apps & Historian; ERP system experience preferred.
• Preferred understanding of food safety and/or consumer packaged goods industry.
