Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 3rd shift production team.
• Drive cross-training, skill development, and standardized work.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all policies and audits.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and career development.
• Champion continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Support special projects and workflow enhancements for the VP of Operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in aerospace or manufacturing leadership.
• ERP/MRP Experience (Infor Syteline Preferred).
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read aerospace engineering documents.

Qualifications

• This position requires access to export-controlled information and all applicants must satisfy U.S. export control regulations with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Non-U.S. persons would require an export license in order to work in our facility.
