About the role

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing. The team works to keep Transfer Express competitive by using the latest manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in employees. Responsibilities

Managing the workflow of custom Direct to Film orders
Daily supervision of up to 15 Production Techs
Editing timecards and other administration tasks as needed
Aiding in the completion of annual evaluations
Conducting disciplinary actions/discussions as needed
Ensuring productivity and quality goals are met for the department
Handling high order volume with quick turnaround time, including same‑day service
Troubleshooting machine issues and facilitating timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
Updating and implementing new processes in the department

Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business systems
