Job Responsibilities

• Captures and analyzes production performance records and data
• Ensures production meets safety, quality, and cost standards
• Trains new workers on operating procedures and standards
• Monitors quality and volume of output and adjusts tasks accordingly
• Provides quality information for manufacturing
• Performs regular daily audits of key processes
• Ensures compliance with quality systems and procedural requirements
• Supports cross-functional Quality Objective teams
• Interfaces with the FDA, state agencies, and notified bodies during audits
• Supports inventory counts by managing Work Orders on ERP system

Qualifications

• Inspection techniques and understanding of technical documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reading and comprehension of technical documentation
• Thorough understanding of Clean Room requirements preferred
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate, collaborate, and resolve conflicts

Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Systems for medical device manufacturing
• Experience with Six Sigma/Lean tools in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Leadership abilities

Requirements

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a regulatory environment (GMP, ISO, FDA)
• Physical requirements: moderate lifting, extended microscope and computer usage, extended periods of walking or standing
