Production Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd shift

• 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM), Monday – Friday
• 3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM), Monday – Friday

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. This role is critical to meeting customer expectations and upholding KTP's commitment to operational excellence. As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide and develop your team, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a safe work environment
• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
• Manage staffing, workflow, and daily production reporting
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Collaborate with other departments and leadership
• Support operations as needed to keep production running smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in supervision or operations management preferred
• 2–4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Microsoft Outlook
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
