$65,000.00 – $70,000.00 USD annually plus a 10% bonus.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in protein conversion in a food production plant
• 2+ years production lead or supervisor experience
• Experience in poultry
• Knowledge of Protein Conversion Operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
