for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Company Overview: description of Hexion. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Overview" is about the company, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include "About the role" heading with content from Company Overview and Position Overview? The Position Overview: "Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production at the Springfield, OR plant. Responsibility includes the leadership and direction of the workforce, recruiting and training of employees, process efficiencies, process & project engineering coordination, and the implementation of all company policies and programs as directed by the Site Leader. Able to step up and act as the Springfield Site Leader in his/her absence. Interface with various regulators and Government agencies as required."
That's basically responsibilities. So we can put that under Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities list: SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, MAINTENANCE, PRODUCTIVITY / COST, PEOPLE LEADERSHIP. Those are subheadings but we need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
with each bullet being a duty. Could also keep subheadings as inside li? Not required but we can include them as part of li text.
Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications. Those are requirements. So we can put under Requirements heading.
Education Requirements: also part of qualifications.
Other sections: Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not provided. So we should NOT include those headings.
Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: Strong organizational, leadership, analytical and communication capabilities. Excellent computer literacy capabilities are required, particularly with Excel Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems are beneficial Experience with Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing principles preferred Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene rules and regulations are an asset Possesses flexibility to adapt to changing demands Must be able to coordinate emergency situations Must be a highly motivated self-starter Must be willing to travel in North America (less than 10%). Also physical requirements etc. Those could be under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = education, Skills = abilities. But we can combine. However we must not create empty sections.
We have content for:
- About the role: could combine Company Overview and Position Overview? But Position Overview is more about role responsibilities. Maybe we put Company Overview under "About the role". And Position Overview under Responsibilities? Actually Position Overview is a brief summary of role; could be part of About the role. But we already have Responsibilities section with detailed duties. So we can put Company Overview under About the role.
- Responsibilities: detailed list under Job Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (experience, supervision, multidiscipline, inventory, ISO, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, computer literacy, SAP beneficial, Six Sigma preferred, safety knowledge asset, flexibility, emergency coordination, self-starter, travel /, no markdown fences.
