A growing food company located near Winder, GA is currently searching for a Production Superintendent with kill plant poultry experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise production operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Mentor and develop team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in poultry production
- Required 3+ years production supervisor experience
- Poultry Kill experience required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
