Production Stage Manager

About the role

The Production Stage Manager (PSM) oversees shows and experiences in one of the two primary entertainment venues onboard. They are responsible for running all rehearsals, ensuring overall artistic quality, and calling all shows in the venue. The PSM is entrusted to maintain the quality of performance experiences, which is key to the success of the overall entertainment program onboard.

This is a complex, multifaceted assignment requiring creativity, strong management skills, and excellent communication.
