Production Specialist II
Overview

This hands‑on, labor‑intensive role involves frequently lifting and stacking 40‑lb propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak‑tested, and inspected to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical, team‑oriented work and have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform washer functions: place cylinders on conveyor belt, sort, remove sleeve, and peel label; dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
- Complete paint line operations: load cylinders in tank hanger, apply paint bag applicator, and unload tank hanger.
- Operate shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing).
- Manually check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
- Perform cylinder refurb operations at designated workstations.
- Stack finished product and conduct quality‑assurance checks.
- Lift 35 lb repeatedly throughout the day and work in all weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
