Production Specialist I (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety-focused team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role where you’ll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
- Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
- Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
- Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
- Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
- Stacks finished product.
- Checks for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to work overtime, as required.
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

Pay and Schedule
Schedule: 5:00pm- 3:30am. Pay: With consistent learning and strong performance, you can quickly advance from Level I to Level II and up to Senior Level, with the following pay scale:
- Production Specialist I: $18.50/hour.
- Production Specialist II: $19.50/hour.
- Sr Production Specialist: $20.50/hour.
