Production Specialist

About the Role

Production Specialists at RAS LaVrar facilitate the generation of legal documents and file them with the courts. This role involves operating processes to produce legal documents in batches based on templates, navigating the firm’s case management system, and managing both digital and physical document assembly and filing across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Produce legal documents in batches.
• Assess the results of automations that produce documents nightly.
• Navigate the firm’s case management system (CMS).
• Assemble packages of documents both digitally and physically.
• File documents with the courts, including navigating e-filing and paper-filing jurisdictions across multiple states.
• Deliver physical documents to the mailroom for paper-file jurisdictions.
• Submit documents for filing via online portals for e-file jurisdictions.
• Identify and handle edge cases that fall out of the firm’s production pipeline.
• Ensure cases with unique circumstances do not fall behind.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in working independently and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
• Foundational computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Academic backgrounds in operations management, criminal justice, pre-law, and/or engineering are advantageous.
• Experience in a legal office may compensate for education.
• Industry experience in collections and/or personal injury law is beneficial.

Schedule

Mondays to Fridays, with shift options:

• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Onsite Position - Plantation, Florida. No significant lifting or operation of tools/equipment required.
