About the role
Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Production Specialist to work with our specialty circuits manufacturing client in Northfield, MN.
Shifts Available
- 1st: 6am-2:30pm
- 2nd: 3pm-11:30pm
- 3rd: 10pm-6am
Pay
$20 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Conducting general production duties with specialty printed circuit boards
- Reading, following, and signing route sheets and adhering to daily work schedules
- Recording data in Excel and moving work orders in the ERP system
- Reviewing and inspecting work according to IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids
- Engaging in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying defects with a high degree of attention to detail
- Utilizing basic computer skills for data entry, internet navigation, and email communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- PCB manufacturing experience preferred, though not required
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow customer and IPC specifications with high attention to detail
- Capable of standing for entire shifts and working on your feet for long periods
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime
