Production Specialist
About the role
FASTSIGNS, San Marcos is seeking a full-time Production Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses design and/or sign installing experience, is flexible, adaptable, and capable of working across various areas of the shop.
Responsibilities
- Produces computer-generated full-color vinyl that can be weeded, cut, and applied, or printed and mounted to various products such as cars, substrates, and buildings.
- Collaborates with the team to realize customer ideas and designs, creating the final product.
- Works in all areas of the shop, from the front desk to the design workshop, performing tasks such as preparing substrates, applying vinyl or other media, mounting, and laminating prints.
- Operates and sets up the laminator for over-laminating, encapsulation, or mounting of digitally imaged products according to instructions.
- Proofreads signs and conducts quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of signs.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have design and/or sign installing experience, be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
