Production Specialist
Dear Production Specialist,
You’re a people-person who loves a good puzzle and enjoys putting all the fine details together into a strong, cohesive final result. You crave the satisfaction of getting a client exactly what they need to match their event vision. Your superpower is figuring out exactly what a client wants, especially when they can’t really articulate it beyond vibes and a date, and then figuring out how to best deliver on it for them (you’re probably an amazing gift-giver, too!). The perfect venue. The proposal that lands. The friendly and authentic follow-up that keeps a client warm while the Sales team works the deal. You don't need the spotlight, but you know the team doesn't win without you.
Avital Experiences has been deepening human connection through food and drink for 15 years. We're woman-owned, fully remote, and small enough that everyone's work actually moves the needle. We #EmbraceQuirky, we live by our core values, and we're looking for someone who knows this position will play to their strengths.
About the role
Avital Experiences has been creating interactive food and drink experiences that deepen human connection for over 15 years. We're hiring a Production Specialist to be the secret weapon of our Sales team. This role exists to help us close deals and deliver on them by making sure that when a client says “yes,” we have exactly the right venue, the right proposal, and the right experience ready to match their expectations. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the team to keep our pipeline moving and our clients happy.
If you're someone who enjoys being the person who makes things happen, who finds the perfect venue, builds the pitch that lands, and tailors an experience until it's exactly right, then this role is for you!
Part-time, fully remote, ~15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
