Production Sock Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and finalize sock designs to meet daily turnaround goals and tight deadlines, managing a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing quality
• Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy
• Partner with designers, Sales, and Marketing to understand project requirements, communicating directly with clients or through the Sales team to incorporate feedback
• Adjust quickly to shifting scope, deadlines, feedback, and revision requests as projects evolve
• Help identify where AI tools speed things up so more of your time goes towards the judgement calls only a designer can make

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in graphic design or a related field is recommended
• One to three years of professional experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates consistent, high-quality design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and effective time management
• Strong communication skills, with experience or comfort interacting directly with clients
