About the role
Own production at the Phoenix factory: output, quality, cost, and safety across all shifts. Lead the supervisors and build the production team from ramp crew to full workforce. Run the daily management system: tiered meetings, escalations, and countermeasures that close. Hit the ramp: units per week climbing on plan while first-pass yield climbs with it.

Requirements
- Experience running production in heavy manufacturing: fabrication, assembly, or industrial products.
- Experience building and leading teams through a ramp or launch.
- Proven daily management system: boards current, actions closed.
- Ability to maintain safety and output simultaneously, with demonstrable results.
- Experience developing supervisors who develop operators.
- Bonus: Startup or greenfield plants, weld and steel operations, Lean depth, bilingual English and Spanish.
Pay
Compensation range: $244K - $291K
