Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining daily production schedules for manufacturing operations
- Communicate changes or delays to stakeholders
- Maintain production progress and identify gaps or delays
- Generate reports on output, capacity, and schedule adherence
- Ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs
- Flag shortages or risks early
- Enter and maintain data in systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Keep and maintain work orders, schedules, and inventory statuses
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in cleanroom assembly, electronics manufacturing, or optical/mechanical assembly
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and contamination control practices
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing systems
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs., unassisted
