Production Scheduler Support

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining daily production schedules for manufacturing operations
• Communicate changes or delays to stakeholders
• Maintain production progress and identify gaps or delays
• Generate reports on output, capacity, and schedule adherence
• Ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs
• Flag shortages or risks early
• Enter and maintain data in systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Keep and maintain work orders, schedules, and inventory statuses

Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
• 1–3+ years of experience in cleanroom assembly, electronics manufacturing, or optical/mechanical assembly
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and contamination control practices
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing systems
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs., unassisted
