Production Scheduler

Location: Roseburg, Oregon

About the Role

FCC Commercial Furniture is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to own our Master Production Schedule (MPS) and help shape the future of manufacturing planning within a growing high-mix operation. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments using our ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using the ERP system.
• Develop long-, mid-, and short-term production schedules.
• Utilize ERP/MRP tools to balance customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Identify bottlenecks, scheduling risks, and potential delivery issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate with Engineering on BOMs, routings, and planning data.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Recommend improvements that increase schedule stability, manufacturing efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production scheduling or manufacturing planning experience.
• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of MRP, Master Scheduling, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and manufacturing lead times.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Pay

$95,000–$120,000 DOE + Relocation Assistance
