PRODUCTION - SALAD - MACHINE OPERATOR - 2nd Shift
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on predetermined schedule as needed or assigned by leadership.
- Ensure lot ID information is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurate.
- Increase effectiveness and cross train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards in regards to company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.
- Promote Safe Start principles and near miss reporting to further the improvement of safety in the plant.
- Keep work areas orderly and clean.

- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift

About the role
The overall goal of the position is to keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs and ensuring product standards are met. The role also involves increasing effectiveness and cross training to promote line effectiveness, maintaining high standards in regards to company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs, promoting Safe Start principles and near miss reporting, and keeping work areas orderly and clean.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma is required. Machine Operating Experience is preferred. Must be detail oriented, able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift, quality driven, self-motivated, willing to learn, dependable, and punctual. Able to lift 30 lbs.
