About the Role
As a Production Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all beverages meet our quality standards and exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Process and package beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Monitor and control production lines to ensure timely and accurate production
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and optimize processes
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including canning, labeling, and packaging machinery
- Monitor and adjust production lines to ensure optimal performance and quality
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any production issues
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to resolve production-related issues
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Assist in inventory management, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production data, quality control results, and equipment performance
