Production Pre Finish Team Member - Swing Shift

About the role

Join our collaborative team in our production department, where you’ll support the door skin paint and gloss line. In this role, you’ll load door skins onto a conveyor and perform quality checks at the end of the process to ensure finish standards are met. Our team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh, engaging, and build well-rounded skills. While manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands-on training to set you up for success.

Job Responsibilities

• Load door skins onto the conveyor line
• Inspect finished door skins for paint, gloss, and surface defects
• Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to learn new skills and processes as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

About You

We are looking for team members who are: Motivated and eager to learn, Positive, hardworking, and dependable, Comfortable working hands-on, Open to feedback and good communicators, Reliable and punctual, Available Monday–Friday from 2:30 PM–12:00 AM, with occasional Saturday overtime

Physical Requirements

Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 70–90 lbs with assistance. Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per shift

Schedule

Monday–Friday 2:30pm–12:00am schedule with overtime as needed
