About the role

We are currently recruiting for Production Team Members for our Assembly and Sewing Departments. Positions listed below:

Responsibilities

• Ball Turner (Assembly) - Starting rate $21.32; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $23.45
• Cutter (Assembly) - Starting rate $18.14; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $18.67
• Utility Operator B (Assembly) - Starting rate $18.14; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $18.67
• Ball Molder (Assembly) - Starting rate $17.61
• Bladder/Lacer (Assembly) - Starting rate $20.26; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $22.38
• Puritan Operator (Sewing) - Starting rate $22.38; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $24.51
• Utility Operator A (Sewing) - Starting rate $18.67; upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period - $19.20

What We'll Provide

• Vacation upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period
• 40 hours upon successful completion of ninety (90) day probationary period & additional 40 hours after one (1) year of service and 1200 hours worked

What We're Looking For

• First shift operation - Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Friday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed
