About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's sustainability initiatives and reporting to the CEO.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable practices across all departments.
- Conduct regular sustainability audits and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability goals into business strategies.
- Advocate for sustainable practices in external stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainability management or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI or SASB.
- Knowledge of green building certifications like LEED.
