Production Planning Clerk

Position Overview

The production planning clerk will assist with closing out projects as well as provide other administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and greeting customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist with project close out at Fidelity location.
• Assist planners in maintenance of open work orders.
• Additional responsibilities as required by TAS.

Job Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with superiors and peers as well as individuals in other departments inside the company.

Education & Training

High school diploma or GED
Minimum Requirements: 3 years of Data Entry, Clerical, Manufacturing, and Inventory Control experience
Preferred Requirements: Engineering and Technical experience a Plus

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Position is at least 80% to 95% to a desk working with computer.
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Performs other physical activities including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a computer terminal, and conduct extensive reading.

The incumbent will be subject to inside environmental conditions.
