What You'll Do

Aid in the preparation, packaging, labeling, and processing of compounded medications.

Support production workflows by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Follow established procedures and quality standards.

Prepare materials and supplies needed for daily production activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Operate equipment and production tools according to training.

Complete cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks.

Support inventory organization and material replenishment.

Work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and supervisors to maintain workflow.

Contribute to daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Tennessee or North Carolina Board of Pharmacy registration required within 90 days of employment
  • Successful completion of internal competency training
  • Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required
