Production Pharmacy Technician

About the role

AuBurn Long Term Care Pharmacy has an opening for a dedicated professional to join our team. Located in Wichita, KS, our closed-door pharmacy serves local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. We have an immediate need for an experienced Full-Time LTC Production Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filling bubble cards and medications for daily deliveries and cycle fill
• Opportunity to learn and rotate in other areas of production (running automation robots, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and assisting nursing facilities with cycle exchange)

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30lb, stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout shift
• Must be a Kansas Registered Pharmacy Technician

Qualifications

• Nationally Certified Technician
• Previous work experience in a Long Term Care pharmacy is preferred
• Will train the right person

Schedule

Schedule is five 8-hour shifts (9am-6pm) Monday - Friday with rotational weekend hours.
