Daily Duties
- Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines
- Setup and operate packaging equipment
- Utilize hand tools and data collection tools
- Enter Quality and Operational checks into data collection software
- Meet and sustain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support peers in achieving departmental goals
- Participate in cross-training opportunities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Machine Operating Experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Quality-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Dependable and punctual
Physical Capabilities
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
