Production/Packaging Associates 2nd Shift

About the role

Dessert Holdings is the leading premium dessert company in the world, crafting artisanal, scratch‑made desserts at scale with brands including Kenny's Great Pies located in Smyrna, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Apply crust into pie pans
• Mix ingredients following recipes and production standards
• Operate production equipment, such as the juice machine
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Ensure product weights to meet specifications
• Follow all safety and food‑handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures
• Must be able to work until production is complete (may also pack product to support distribution)
• Must be able to work safely with products containing allergens (wheat & dairy, as well as eggs and a variety of tree nuts)

Physical Requirements

• Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Pull, push, lift, load, and unload racks and containers as needed
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely

Pay

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour on 2nd shift (2:30pm‑11:30pm). Expected hours: 40‑45 per week.
