About the Role

You will operate manufacturing equipment, assemble and inspect products, and adhere to Bosch's established standards and procedures. This role requires high associate involvement, teamwork, and a strong customer focus to contribute continuous improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements.
• Follow plant safety and environmental policies; maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Conduct inventory and component inspections/audits to specification as required.
• Maintain charts, logbooks, and databases.
• Ensure accurate finished goods traceability.
• Escalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issues.
• Make workstation adjustments, including tool and fixture changes, to facilitate product changeover.

Interactions

This position interacts with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with supervision and other personnel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to function in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates self-initiative.

This position is available for various shifts, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
