Production Operator - Third Shift

About the role

We are Rebo, providing interior and exterior automotive and electronics lighting solutions. We are developing new technologies for electric vehicles, including charge status indicators and innovative safety features.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect automotive lighting products, reinspecting work as needed.
• Ensure products conform to established production specifications using IATF 16949 and ISO14001 disciplines.
• Communicate opportunities to improve safety, quality, and production processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in all work areas.
• Work safely, adhering to quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and documented work instructions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Team Leader, Area Operations Supervisor, Process Manager, or Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with working overtime, including weekends when necessary.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Accountable and demonstrate integrity by delivering what is promised.
• Stoked by challenges, pushing to create something new.
• Find new and effective ways to streamline processes for maximum efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
• Self-driven team player with a can-do attitude, ready to step up and help others.
• Organized, highly efficient, and skilled in developing specific goals and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent dexterity with high attention to detail to meet customer specifications accurately the first time.
• Likely to perform essential functions including lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods.
