Production Operator | Swing

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance
• Adhere to product quality standards and procedures
• Work in a production environment assembling medical devices
• Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees
• Use excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions
• Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery
• Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas
• Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions
• Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools
• Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework
• Proven experience with safe production practices
• Stable work history
• Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts
• Excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality
• Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
