Production Operator (starting pay $28.99)

Position Summary

Resting at 7,000 feet and surrounded by the San Francisco Peaks, the scenic city of Flagstaff serves as an important distribution site for large manufacturers like Nestlé Purina. Our factory annually produces 280,000 tons of dry pet food from brands like Dog Chow®, Beneful®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Alpo®, and Pro Plan®. We conserve resources and maintain zero waste, contributing to environmental sustainability.

The Production Operator positions are integral to our manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include operating production lines, packaging, moving materials, and providing relief during absences or vacations. Roles span all shifts, with the potential for overtime and weekend work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing, industrial, food handling, food safety, military, or related environment preferred

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.99 an hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location.
