Production Operator - RPB - Day Shift - Casa Grande, AZ

This Production Operator – RPB – Day Shift position is based at our Casa Grande, Arizona facility in the Abbott Nutrition division, where we produce science‑based nutrition products such as Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure® and Glucerna®.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.
• Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant.
• Replenish and maintain production materials as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Accountable for meeting compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of production experience
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem‑solving skills

Qualifications

• One year of production experience within a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)
