Production Operator - North Geismar

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our CM team at our North Geismar, LA location. This role involves conducting daily manufacturing activities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes and equipment using DCS and PLC systems to manufacture chemical products.
• Transfer raw materials and finished products between vessels such as railway cars, tank trucks, totes, and drums.
• Collect and document process data, interpret results, and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist with troubleshooting and ensure proper handling of waste streams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in and comply with all training and development activities.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• PTEC or other post-secondary technical program preferred.
• Previous chemical operation experience preferred.
• Previous military experience may be considered as years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
