Production Operator - Image - 1st Shift- 90 Day Increase Eligible

About the role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Independently operate machines requiring setups
  • Exposer maintenance
  • Duplicate artwork and inspect results to produce working copies for production process
  • Develop and/or touch-up to duplicate circuit images onto panels prior to plating or masking
  • Cleaning of work area
  • Using layup sheets
  • Stocking and inventory of core material, dry film and developing solution
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Cordination of workload and minimum through put expectations

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work with chemicals.
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment which requires special clothing and adherence to clean room protocol.

Education and Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Required Experience: No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General manufacturing experience helpful.

  • Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.
  • The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $36,800 - $58,168.
  • Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Export Statement

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to:

  • Being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents;
  • Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation;
  • Understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);
  • Understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;
  • Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
