Production Operator III - 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri - 3pm - 11pm)

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the extrusion machine.
• Perform quality checks to verify finished material complies with quality specifications.
• Interface daily with the Planning/Scheduling team to forecast downstream product needs.
• Communicate regularly with Maintenance and Engineering to address machine performance issues as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with machine set‑up (highly preferred).
• Basic machine shop knowledge and ability (preferred but not required).
• Ability to utilize inspection equipment to measure products for conformance.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Experience with SAP (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 30 lb.
• Frequent extension of arms and hands between knees and shoulders; frequent holding and grasping with hands.
• Frequent standing and walking required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee (due to ITAR/EAR restrictions).

Pay

Competitive base salary $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential for working 2nd shift (subject to change based on location).
