Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will safely coordinate the operation and maintenance activities for natural gas related facilities, pipelines and associated appurtenances and equipment.

• Maintains a safe operating environment
• Fulfills all applicable policies and procedures
• Proficient in natural gas related skills
• Knowledgeable of operational standards
• May perform other duties as directed by supervisor
• Takes lead role on assignments
• Affords assistance in planning and operation of well pad facilities and/or pipelines
• Works in conjunction with contractors, inspectors, and internal personnel to meet safety, cost, and schedule requirements
• Affords assistance in ensuring that all work complies with EQT operational Standards and applicable Federal and environmental regulations
• Affords assistance in the development of project plans with emphasis on operational, schedule and costs
• Collaborates with EQT Land, Environmental, Procurement and Engineering teams
• Completes 100% work in MaximoWorks with others to create and maintain project specific documentation during and following completion of the job

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a related field or industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to contribute to a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to accurately complete all associated documentation
• Able to think analytically and solve moderately complex problems
• Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs
• Able to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes but is not limited to lifting and carrying 70 lbs., walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this job
• Able to work on-call and off shift rotation as dictated by schedule
